Your Bio
I bought my first camera — a Pentax Super ME — in 2004, but found the cost of film and developing (over $800 in the first month) to be prohibitive to the kind of experimental photography I was interested in. Needless to say, photography became a hobby I couldn't afford. My camera ended up in a closet for a couple years, until I was able to invest in a Canon EOS 300D Digital SLR on November 12th of 2004, which I upgraded to a Canon 350D (Digital Rebel XT) in May of 2006. In the Fall of 2007, I added a Canon 40D to my kit bag, and most recently, a Canon 5D MKII and a variety of L series lenses, which has now become my primary system. Over the last few years, I have taken literally THOUSANDS of photos of everything from Northern Lights, to abstract, to wedding portraits to spot news. Photography is something I greatly enjoy and would love to make a career out of doing. After all, you know what they say: If you enjoy what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.
